PRODUCT OVERVIEW & COMPOSITION
Brand / Manufacturer: Bioniche Pharma
Active Ingredient: Testosterone Enanthate (300 mg per ml)
Pharmacological Class: Endogenous Androgen / Long-acting $17\beta$-enanthate Ester
Testosterone Enanthate 300 mg by Bioniche Pharma is a long-acting injectable derivative of the primary natural androgen, testosterone. Formulated by Bioniche Pharma in an oil-based carrier for deep intramuscular administration, it ensures sustained systemic absorption to resolve endogenous testosterone deficiencies and support androgen-dependent physiological pathways.
CLINICAL PHARMACOLOGY & MECHANISM OF ACTION
Testosterone Enanthate acts through direct binding to intracellular androgen nuclear receptors in responsive tissues, stimulating skeletal muscle protein synthesis and promoting cellular nitrogen retention. By restoring circulating androgen concentrations, Bioniche Pharma Testosterone Enanthate preserves bone mineral density, supports erythropoiesis, and maintains secondary male sexual characteristics while regulating pituitary gonadotropin secretion via endocrine feedback loops.
INDICATIONS & CLINICAL USE
- Male Androgen Replacement Therapy: Primary hypogonadism resulting from testicular failure (cryptorchidism, bilateral torsion, orchitis, vanishing testis syndrome, or orchidectomy) and hypogonadotropic hypogonadism due to idiopathic gonadotropin/LHRH deficiency or hypothalamic-pituitary lesions (tumors, trauma, radiation).
- Delayed Male Puberty: Induction and stimulation of pubertal progression in carefully selected adolescent males with documented delayed constitutional growth and maturation.
- Female Palliative Oncology: Secondary management of advancing inoperable metastatic mammary carcinoma in female patients 1 to 5 years postmenopausal, or premenopausal women with hormone-responsive breast cancer who have previously derived therapeutic benefit from oophorectomy.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
- Male patients with confirmed or suspected carcinoma of the prostate gland or male breast cancer.
- Pregnancy, planned pregnancy, and lactation due to extreme risks of female fetal virilization (including clitoromegaly, abnormal vaginal development, and genital fold fusion).
- Patients with documented hypersensitivity to Testosterone Enanthate, carrier oils, or inactive components in Bioniche Pharma injectable formulations.
DRUG INTERACTIONS
- Oral Anticoagulants: Co-administration of exogenous androgens with oral anticoagulants (e.g., coumarin derivatives) significantly reduces anticoagulant dosage requirements. Patients receiving concurrent anticoagulant therapy require close prothrombin time (PT/INR) monitoring, particularly during initiation or discontinuation of Bioniche Pharma Testosterone Enanthate.
PRECAUTIONS & CLINICAL MONITORS
- Virilization Surveillance in Females: Female patients must be routinely observed for virilizing features (deepening voice, hirsutism, acne, menstrual dysfunction). Treatment should be reassessed immediately upon clinical detection.
- Cardiovascular & Lipid Management: Exogenous androgens alter serum lipid fractions (decreasing HDL and elevating LDL cholesterol). Exercise caution in patients with prior myocardial infarction, coronary artery disease, or vascular risk factors.
- General Clinical Signs: Instruct patients to promptly report symptoms of gastrointestinal upset (nausea, vomiting), changes in skin pigmentation, or peripheral edema (ankle swelling).
DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION
Bioniche Pharma Testosterone Enanthate must be administered strictly by deep intramuscular injection. Dosing schedules must be individualized based on clinical indication, age, diagnostic parameters, and skeletal maturation:
- Hypogonadism Replacement: Dosage typically ranges from 200 mg to 600 mg administered every 2 to 3 weeks under direct medical supervision.
- Delayed Male Puberty: Dosages generally range from 50 mg to 200 mg administered every 2 to 4 weeks for a limited duration (typically 4 to 6 months), with careful evaluation of chronological and skeletal age via bone age radiographies.
- Female Metastatic Mammary Cancer: Dosage regimens are strictly determined and managed by an oncologist, typically involving 200 mg to 400 mg every 2 to 4 weeks.
